Return Exchange Policy

At cozykind.in, We offer a size exchange/broken product exchange policy only, and  product/color exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right or the product is broken, you can raise a size exchange/broken product exchange request by emailing us at cozykind.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of successful delivery.

 

• In case the customer has received a damaged/defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel needs to be shared with our team within 24 hours of delivery. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer.
